Description

We developed our ANTARCTICA DOME expedition tent together with polar explorer Arved Fuchs specifically for use in extreme conditions. The dome design remains completely stable even in a snowstorm. The tent sleeps three people in comfort, and the spacious vestibule provides plenty of room for your equipment. The flysheet is made of high-tenacity silicone coated RIPSTOP nylon, a waterproof and extremely durable fabric. The tent is built to withstand snow loading and heavy, persistent rain. The D-shaped entrance is raised up from the ground to keep out snow. This design also increases the wind stability and facilitates entry and exit. All of the air vents are equipped with mosquito mesh screens. The tent is also equipped with all-round snow and storm flaps, which make it suitable for Polar conditions.
